Entry 4

I got into one of the tallest olden structures and their arms were still locked around mine. Their determination to pique their curiosity was to no end and I make a turn then sight Stella trudging along like we've forced her against her will.

Let's get to the library, it's almost time. I looked at my watch and see we have five minutes left I got dragged across the stairs and it was pitch black but we still managed to find our way going up. Then we stopped when we arrived at the shelves.

'Where exactly are we supposed to be looking from? He said the library. We are here.' Versailles breaks the silence.

And I hear Stella's whisper on my shoulders. 'Did you think of the possibility that the lady in question didn't get the letter? And why was it on the floor?'

'Maybe she got pissed?'

'I thought you said it was a love letter.' Rubyna, after all this time, responded.

'Love can turn sour than sweet.' She then shrugged her arms, and they were chattering along. We heard footsteps and the sound that kept us all awake the first night. It came from an instrument. A zither and it's heading in our direction.

We rushed to our hiding while we peeped at the person who made way for where we once stood and appeared before us, a tall young man.

"I thought he was a boy, those secondary school things, but it appears not."

'Who is this?'

'A teacher?'

'Wasn't Miss Sadia only the one here?'

'That wasn't my thought?'

Then it came to my head as I once went to Miss Saida's office, and I sighted a list ofteacherss. Zain Hussein was oneoff them.

'He's the science teacher." I whispered

And he paced and paced till he stops to continue playing his zither and then comes before us a lady in a ballgown.

'Is this a custime party?'

I held my hands over her mouth because Stella was really talking too much.

And the others could not understand why she was like that. I partly did. Only partly.

'My love!'

'I'm not your love yet. What is it that you must say to me at this hour?'

'I can...' He advances to touch her hands, but she gently removes them from his palms.

'Fast, please say what you must. Saida mustn't find out that we're loitering here when we haven't announced our arrival.'

Then he comes to his knees and says,

'Please, be with me. You're my heart. I promise I'll treat you well. I'm sorry I lost my temper before. I swear it's not going to happen again. Please let me in, one more time, and I assure you of your joy.'

She turns to leave angrily without saying a word, and then we are broken from our thoughts after hearing someone bite on something crunchy.

Rubynia nibbing to satisfy her hunger. 'Oh my God, was I that loud? I'm sorry. I'm famished.'

Then, as we talked, Stella got restless and accidently hit the shelf behind us, and some books came falling, and we heard a yell.

'Who is that? '

'I told you Sadia might find out. ' She fearfully said.

And we run and run out in the field. Withit a particular destination in mimd. Only what went through our minds, "we mustn't be caught".
